Translation by Google:

Third album of the Australian multi-instrumentalist Ben Craven. His second throw, ‘Great & Terrible Potions’ was the progressive critics very well received. There was even talk of a masterpiece. There is ‘Last Chance to Hear’ no. This is the music too old school. But the money is at a high level.
It a beautiful stabbed design of Roger and daughter Freyja Dean album offers a good balance between complex prog compositions, such as “Critical Mass” in which the echoes of Yes by sounds and subdued, cinematic pieces atmosphere breathe Mike Oldfield, an example of Craven. Equal Oldfield sings and Craven also plays everything himself, though there is voice of actor William Shatner in the melodramatic “Spy in the Sky, Part 3” that in the first part, moreover, contains a great guitar solo. ‘Last Chance to Hear’ is an album that stands in the well-known prog and symphonic tradition. Innovation is therefore far. Nevertheless protrudes a wonderful album and compositional productionally its head above the parapet.

BEN CRAVEN – Last Chance to Hear (2016)

Derde album …
